Welcome to Low Volt ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by LOW VOLT INC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, platforms, tools, and any related services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

1. Business Identity & Messaging Overview

Low Volt, provides professional security system installation, design, and support services for residential and commercial properties, including CCTV installation, alarm system installation and monitoring, structured cabling, telecommunications, distributed audio systems, and related services.

If you opt in to receive SMS communications, messages you may receive include responses to inquiries, service-related notifications, account communications, and, if separately consented to, marketing or informational messages related to our Services.

Our Services may include:

• CCTV Installation
• Alarm System Installation and Monitoring
• Structured Cabling
• Telecommunications
• Distributed Audio Systems
• Security System Design and Consultation

We do not provide medical or legal services.

2. Eligibility & Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including privacy and communications regulations.

You may not use our Services to:

• Send unlawful, deceptive, or misleading communications
• Violate privacy or consumer protection laws
• Engage in spam, abuse, or fraudulent activity

3. Client Data & Responsibilities

You retain ownership of all data you provide or upload into any system we manage on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for:

• Lawful collection of customer data
• Obtaining proper consent for email, SMS, and marketing communications
• Compliance with applicable laws, including TCPA and CAN-SPAM

We act only as a service provider and are not responsible for how you collect or use your data.

4. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms

Opt-Out & Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at lowvolt@lowvolt.net.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency & Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Data Security Disclaimer

Low Volt Security Systems is not responsible for cyber incidents, data breaches, or unauthorized access occurring outside of our direct services. Our security systems are designed to protect physical premises and assets. You are responsible for implementing appropriate digital security measures for your network and connected devices.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect any information you share with us through our website or during the course of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, systems, workflows, templates, designs, and configurations created by Low Volt Security Systems remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, or distribute our proprietary materials without prior written consent.

8. No Guarantee of Results

Security system performance may vary based on site conditions, installation environment, and customer requirements. We do not guarantee specific security outcomes. Any examples or projections are illustrative only and do not constitute guarantees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Low Volt Security Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Low Volt Security Systems from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your data practices
• Your violation of laws, regulations, or third-party rights

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses legal or compliance risk
• Suspension is required by law or platform providers

Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
